Booking requests are reviewed before confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only after approval and successful payment through the approved payment workflow. Property-specific policies, cancellation terms, house rules, and arrival instructions are shared with guests as part of the reservation process.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will receive a partial refund, with a 20% cancellation/administration fee retained.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by the host.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider used.
Guests are encouraged to contact the host as soon as possible regarding any changes, cancellations, or special circumstances.
In cases of emergencies or exceptional situations, refund decisions may be reviewed at the host's discretion.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
A £25 pet fee applies.
Stays are limited to one dog unless the dogs are small and approved by the host.
